GenSp starts to move up again

Announcement by Genting 4Aug2010:

We refer to our announcements dated 10 June 2010 and 30 June 2010, wherein we had announced that GENM’s indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Genting New York LLC (“Genting NY”) had submitted a formal bid to the New York State Division of Lottery (“New York Lottery”) to develop and operate a video lottery facility at the Aqueduct Racetrack in the City of New York, United States of America (“Project”). On 3 August 2010, New York Lottery announced that its evaluation committee has unanimously recommended to the New York Governor that Genting NY be awarded the New York video lottery licence for the Project. Genting NY’s proposal included US$380 million as an upfront licencing fee. The recommendation will have to be approved by the New York Governor, the Temporary President of the New York State Senate and the Speaker of the New York State Assembly before the video lottery licence can be awarded. The video lottery facility at the Aqueduct Racetrack, to be called Resorts World New York, will contain 4,500 electronic slot machines, also known as video lottery terminals. Resorts World New York will also include a grand entrance featuring a three-story atrium with a spectacular water show, enclosed skyway pedestrian bridge linking to the mass transit system of New York , 450-seat two-storey festive casual dining promenade, two high-end restaurants, a sports bar restaurant and lounge and parking facilities for 7,000 cars including a 2,200 car garage. Genting NY will work closely with the relevant parties, including the operator of the Aqueduct Racetrack, the New York Racing Association and expects to open the preliminary phase of Resorts World New York 6 months after the licence has been awarded.

 

Children pay  $2000 membership fee for parents to enter Casino,  These are the people usually with good earning power. 

Old folks dont need a lot of money to play at the 2 cents slot machines .   At the level these old folks are playing, they dont bet big, and it is the small bet players usually get the most  chances to see those ''BIG bonus"  appearing infront of them pretty often  .   :)

Hi, I am kind of new here…. Can anyone explain what is the definition of share placement? Does it affect the share price if this bcums effective?

 

 

Ya...unloading and shorting at the same time. They should know something about the implications the placement will bring.

Ya, n its debts is still running high also.

Still more than 10 days b4 its results announced. It may not progress far upwards now.

It may drop back & come back up if its qtr results are good. 

 

Genting is a "WILD HORSE" now....it will not run according to script by traders....the share may go either way....it may re-touch previous high and touch new high.....or it may re-touch one dollar....no one knows and it is a million dollar question....however, the chances of share placement may not be high as the sale of the UK unit already generates substantial cash to the counter....having said that the ball is in the court of the owner....not the trader now....let's watch then....good luck :)

An engulfing bearish line occurred (where a black candle’s real body completely contains the previous white candle’s real body).  The engulfing bearish pattern is bearish during an uptrend which signifies that the momentum may be shifting from the bulls to the bears. Both RSI & MACD are turning bearish as MACD lines began to converse together.
