The last AGM i attended as a proxy on behalf of a friend..I pose the dividend policy...they replied not in position,want to concentrate on R& D..more $$$ poured into this...but with their cash hoard..buying back is an accounting way of reducing cost of capital

Bios mgmt should start to give out dividends, then will attract more to hold on to the stock as a long term investment.

2 possibilities...1. the selling party has finished selling all their sale contract, thats good news for us .,
OR 2. the selling party is taking Thanksgiving holiday and will be back Next Monday to continue their assault on Bio,
thats bad news for us.

with not bad results and recommendations by many analysts throughout the year, biosensor continue to slide to its current state.
what if one of the next quarters report a bad result, what will happen to this share?
Perhaps one reason for the continue weakness in its share price is due to funds paring/reducing their holdings progressively. The management might have sense it thus, the activation of daily share buy back program. Fundamentally, the company should be doing fine so far else, how can all the 11 brokers/analysts that cover this stock rated it as buy/outperform?
i tink i go b their chairman lah... declare div and also 1x good share buyback can save the whole ship.... it is lacking of this part nia lor...
