Of course Country " I' must come up with good excuse lor... like retaliation for missile attack originated from Syria.
If China and Russia join US in condemning Syria, then next time Syria use Chemical again... US can straight away retailate since Russia and China also issue stern warning lieow. Some more with bases in ME, US would finish bombing Syria before China and Russia can do anything. IMHO
