Aiyo, I still got housing loan to pay every month le. I'm not rich people leh. I'm the sole breadwinner in my family. My home got 7 members. Two children in international school. Very siong li zhai bo?.

No lah Bro, last time sold my HDB flat and got the money back. I don't pay for my current property cos bank interest is lower than CPF interest, I can earn the difference. Good money. But still owe a lot to the bank. Net net still negative.

If Monday got chance go up n can cover your commission, l think better sell first. Reason is that when rights comes out for trading, likely the shares will go down together with the rights.
