STXOSV is a gem.
Trading at 1.28 is still a good buy.
Those selling are taking profit having accumulated at around 1.24 and mostly on margin.
Currently selling is drying up.
what are we waiting for....BB where are you?????

When it go down to 1.24 I will load it up again.

net buyer market.
expect boring range bound today sgd1.28-1.285
anybreak of this will test 1.3.
however I do not see it happening today.
btw we can ask the " angmo" to kiss their GO good-bye as looking at the trend the next profit taking will be at 1.3-1.33
Your share is worth Sgd1.22 on the downside.
If you wish to sell to me anything lower say sgd1.10, I offer to buy all you have coz I'll make money selling at GO price.

When the GO is lapsed, there are 2 scenario:
1) If the floating share is more than 10% , the shares will continue listing and it won't affect you at all
2) If the floating share is less than 10%, you will have a second chance to sell the shares back to the Italian at $1.22.
Fyi, scenario 1 is the most likely case judging from the current share price (> $1.22).

Hi all,
i have a question. i do have some stocks on hand. if i do not accept the italian offer and this lapse through the deadline of march.
if its a GO, will my stocks be worthless? or will the italians compulsory get it from me at 1.22?
yup! reversal just form last fri. Mon will cont to move up...

And remember that it is ipoed at $0.79 which mean stx europe is even willing to sell at 79 cents......and this stock is of highly cyclic nature......

Most people think so. But Stx europe sell the entire stake at $1.22......hahaha....
If the price fall below $1.22, people will sell.......nothing is for sure.....

Such a gem is easily worth a fortune as the price has gone up to 1.285.
