underestimated the power of shortists. rode from 0007 to 0031. out for the moment.

tmr better see how first. Scally support comes in at 0.03, might have chance for play again.

If tmr no more BBs supporting and lets this go on a free fall, this would be the end for this counter. its a pity that play is ending so soon... maybe its time to try CDF to short before it reaches bottom. Can still earn some kopi money on the way down

from my 2cents point of view, yhm is hardly fly now..ezion only offering that low px, current share price is 2x of the offered px.
dont know what will happen tomorrow... flying high story is over.

As the saying history repeats itself. Previously Ezion was Nylect, which is not a very profitable company but
Ezra took a stake in it. Then Nylect exponential price surge is even more impressive than this YHM.

They would have to buy more than 50% if they are to consolidate YHM holdings as a subsidiary... Otherwise they can only account for it as associate company - equity method .....So if I were them, I would take my holdings more than 50%... Buy another 6% on the open market?

It is mandatory for Ezion to make the takeover according to the Singapore Merger Taker Over rule if a company shareholding breach 30%. Ezion has already 40 plus % so the process is only a formalitiy sake.
Which idiot would want to sell at $0.018? Having said that, Ezion also hope to see the price of YHM soars as they are the one to benefit the most. Tell me, who wants to see the price down if someone is the major shareholder?

this is because they were issued new shares in YHM under a placement that brought their holding to 44.1% and under SGX rule they have to make an offer for the whole company once their holding cross 30% (if i remember correctly). so they made an offer at 1.8 cents, and this offer will not be revised, its already mentioned. They are not really interested to buy up the company, they just have to do it under the rules. the stock did not go up because of takeover potential....

well i guess Singapore retail market is dominated by all the uncles and aunties whom may not be savvy enough to read SGX announcements (no offense)
Also this counter is affordable and everyone is just hoping to earn quick bucks....
how do you know that people didnt know its $0.0018? but, dont' know why so hot as the offer price is so very low.
