   Interesting play between the BULLS and the BEARS this morning...break $0.84 by the BULLS in the beginning but pushed down by BEARS to below $0.84 before lunch time...interesting fight and let's watch the closing price. $0.74-$0.84 the "short term" battle between the BULLS & BEARS (LONGIST AND SHORTIST)...if LONGIST win, will break above $0.84 to reach above $1...if SHORTIST win, will break below $0.74 to reach $0.58..trade if you want but watch the trend...let's see and most likely will rangebound within this range $0.74-$0.84 within short term :) (only closing price counts)

When placement shares are issued, how will it affect the share price? will it affect the price negatively or positively? Pardon my ignorance.

All the inputs are pretty good. The share price goes up or down also depend very much on the validity period of the license and the terms and conditions. If star cruise is out of the project, I think Genting may issue placement share and this may effect the share price, do you agreed with me?

 

i think both Genting & SC will go up on Monday, unless affected by the drop of Dow.

1) Now that Genting has pulled out of Macau deal, the whole sega is cleared now. Same for SC, ie no more uncertainty.

2) SC may pull out of Sentosa deal & focus on Macau, & this is benefit to all. Overall, this is win-win for everyone & afterall SC, Genting all one big family

3) SC will definitely benefit given its tied-up with Stanley Ho in Macau deal.

 

This is an expected WIN-WIN solution.....

There seems to be a constant mood swing for  Gen Int and SC depending on the news flow. Getting interesting how these two counters will play out in the next few days.

 

Star Cruises may give up Sentosa IR project.

The move will give Genting International full ownership of the resort in Singapore, leaving Star Cruises to pursue its tie-up with Macau gaming tycoon Stanley Ho.

Both are 乌烟瘴气解散了.  However, Genting 本大利小,  前景茫然.  然而, Star Cruises near to China (presumably potential big gamblers sources) on the cruises from China or other countries 前赴后继, 前紧后松, 前松后紧, 前前后后, 前后左右 to Singapore, 本小利大, 近水楼台先得月, 钱与前途无量呀! Those are the rationales!!! After all, in my conclusion, I strongly prefer Star-Cruises to Genting!!!
