hands off on capland. selling is too consistently severe to just be margin call. check in again ard the 220s region. no bottom => no buying.

STI will be around 1500. And might be end of year, or earlier.

wonder anyone knows about dbs land, which is the former capitaland...i remember getting the ipo losing a big hole, drop below sub dollar when listed! so capitaland to go below a dollar is not a myth anymore. if you ve, sell now and back back below $1 later!

IMHO, the premium condo market is affected first .... then it will spread to the HDB.

According to the recent home sales figures......HDB resale still maintain an uptrend despite the market conditions.

There are still a few months before buttoming as I have mentioned in other thread. Wait for the show hand of CDS and by then more banks would fall flat. The current bailout does not consider about CDS call to beef up capital when credit ratings are further downgraded.

Remember the good days when most property stocks are measured in cents and not dollars.... It is coming slowly....

Eldarchen is right. Property stocks prices can be leading indicators to actual property prices.

Property prices have just started to fall.  The end of the property boom is now official.
