I cant hold frankly that's y im panic. I stil hav some others on hand so i dun hav the financial capability to hold this. I missed the q on last Fri or not i won't be tat panic now.

No need to worry if you can pick it up. It is a good long term hold. Ezion will surely restructure YHM and inject some biz into it. If not, why buy a controlling stake? Today selling could be from the Rising Flame stake or margin call and forced selling. Once dry up, the price will consolidate and hopefully move up again. But what's the low, nobody will know now. Hold on tight.

Aiyo, what do you " they accept offer price" ? The EGM was called to past the issue of 44.1% stake to Ezion. That already done, now Ezion has to make a cash offer of 0.18cts to all shareholders. Do you want to accept this? If you want, then accept and sell to them lah. No one can force you to sell.

anyone can give some advice?
Today looked like climactic selling. Fear is at the strongest. Now Ezion takes 44.1% and will have to make a cash offer of $0.0018. But that's is already known, then why the sell down now? Maybe can rebound once Ezion announce their plans for YHM. Hold for long term.
what should i do now?

Really is wait long long.. But if you want catch rebound.. i think is possible at 0.03/0.031.
The run up has been quite spectacular already...
If you want to park your money here... be prepared to wait.... longggggg loooooooooong.
