Saw from TopGlobal thread that Albedo is partnering with TopGlobal?
Is this a rumour or something we didn't know or is there going to be an announcement by the TopGlobal management?
 
Thought of buying TopGlobal since it is much cheaper....than Albedo.

NON-BINDING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)  WITH TEMASYA CERGAS SDN BHD IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN ISKANDAR, MALAYSIA
1. INTRODUCTION - The Board of Directors of Albedo Limited wishes to announce that the Company has
on even date entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd.
TCSB shall collectively be referred to herein as the Parties, pursuant to which it is proposed that the Company will acquire five (5) parcels of land (Properties) located in  the north of Iskandar, Malaysia from TCSB (Proposed Acquisition).
The shareholders of the Company (the ?Shareholders? and each a ?Shareholder?) should note that the MOU is not intended to be legally binding
on the Parties save for certain specified terms relating to, amongst others, the exclusivity period as set out in paragraph 5.3 below. The principal terms of the
Proposed Acquisition as set out in the MOU are subject to the terms and conditions to be agreed and set out in a definitive sale and purchase agreement(s)
(the ?S& P?) to be entered into between the Parties.
2. INFORMATION ON TCSB AND THE PROPERTIES AS AT THE DATE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT
2.1 Information on TCSB  - TCSB is a company incorporated in Malaysia and is currently an investment holding company.
2.2 Information on the Properties - The Properties are located in Gelang Patah, the vicinity of Setia Eco Gardens and are
to the north of Iskandar, Malaysia?s Flagship B: Nusajaya Development. The Properties are accessible from Johor Bahru City via the multiple access roads and also the Second Link Expressway. As at the date of this announcement, the Properties cover a total land area of approximately 762 acres. Details of each of the Properties are set out below: Details Description
Parcel 1 Land Size 279 acres -  Proposed Usage Industrial and commercial mixed property development Tenure Freehold Parcel 23.
PURCHASE CONSIDERATION - The purchase consideration for the Properties (the ?Purchase Consideration?) shall be satisfied by the allotment and issuance of new ordinary shares (?Shares?) in the share capital of the Company (the ?Consideration Shares?) to TCSB and may result in a potential reverse takeover pursuant to Rule 1015 of Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (?Catalist Rules?). The
number of Consideration Shares and the issue price Consideration Share shall be determined by the Parties upon signing the S& P.
The Consideration Shares when allotted and issued shall rank pari passu with the then existing Shares of the Company save for any dividends, rights, allotments or any distributions, the record date of which falls before the date of issue of the Consideration Shares.
4. RATIONALE FOR THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION - The Board wishes to inform the Shareholders that intense competition and the softening of customers? demand for the Group?s trading and distribution businesses of steel related raw materials and consumables have eroded the Group?s profit margins. The Board expects the Group?s existing core trading businesses to remain challenging. The Proposed Acquisition will provide an opportunity for the Company to venture into new business areas which have the potential for growth to the benefit of the Company and its Shareholders. The Board is hence of the view that the Proposed Acquisition is likely to enhance the long terms interests of Shareholders.

I think down to 2.2 at most. But don't be surprise if it goes up!!!!!
It seems that like a bad news leh... psychologically when it signed MOU .... we are expecting something more positive... now it lapsed and said unable to achieve agreement... it is definitely putting a negative impact on the BB or buyers' confidence... I also bet it will go down ... at least to 0.21 on Monday.

From what i see, this is not a bad news.
In fact, when this news was announced in 14 Jun, the stock retreated and stays flat for a month.
I am looking for more upsides....
