I am not sure about this one though. Have not heard any news lately regarding MR. I was once vested in this but sold it off at 52cents.

Should I be vested in again? At the current moment, it doesn't look optimistic.

Regards

It should be around mid feb.

Just my opinion, with the appointment of Lucas Chow, CEO of MediaCorp to be it's independent director, MR is moving toward Boardband PayTV (probably a joint venture with Media Giant MediaCorp)

Since VT is shell company, they do not have sufficient money to buy PI. I think they should sell PI @ 9.5 to MR with a significant profit as they bought at a much cheaper price around 8, then use the money to buy MR as the price for MR will definitely shoot up with the synergy between MR & PI. Haha...

31 may 07 is fast approaching for vt to decide whether to buy over or sell pi...

MR needs to wait for 1 year b4 mounting another takeover of PI. Right now price for PT has drop to 8.47 which is far below what MR offered last time @ 9.5. VT has no resources and fighting a losing battle now for getting a re-listing and will let go of PI sooner or later.

HP trained a lot of good leaders. Other one is CEO of frontline, Steve Tng.

I believe that once MR delists PI next year, it share will shoot up.

Mr Chow was from HP before he joined Singtel to become LSY's right hand man. Remember Mr Koh was from HP too? and Mr Koh is the leading man in Mediaring.

another board meetg coming??? 1 board seat for them is definitely not enough for major shareholder, shld get another 1 or 2 and also have 3 more indep directors.
only then, pacnet can fully focus and get on the business. Looking forward to mr @ 60 again

Looks like the long suffering shareholders of VANTAGE (ex JC MPH) have an longer wait before it can be relisted. They should have accepted the general offer last year to liquidate their position on this counter.

Mr. Kea is again out manouvered.....first by Simon Cheong, now by Koh Boon Hwee.
