Those who gains are those shareholders before the Rights Issue. 1 share 4 rights share at $0.005 , now think paper profit 800% ?? And Free warrants also right ? so think paper profit more than 1000% ??
No fundamentals anymore. Just 'sentimental play'. Like gambling. Not investing.
But i still stick to what Gordon Gecko teaches me : " Dont get too emotional over stocks"

albedo 1 bil shares , market cap $35 mil only
johor land, 5 plots, if worth RM 2 billion, Albedo needs to issue 20 billion new shares to RTO party.
After that, RTO party holds more than 90%, and Albedo existing shareholders less than 10% ??
Albedo recent rights issue, only 750 mil shares only at $0.005 only manages to raise about $3.5 mil.
What can you do with $3.5 mil ? Like Innopac, buy 3 - 5 units of shophouses in Sabah ? : ))
My guess is : on 30 Aug, No Deal. Or maybe extension. But still No Deal.
And if Albedo CEO loan out to Albedo about $ 2mil loan at 3% interest, based on 2012 Annual Report, is Albedo strong in cash flow financially to make acquisitions ?
hmm 700+ acre for 1billion compare with 22 acre for 300+million? then the land rowsley bought is more ex.. maybe of more value than the land albedo going to buy? seems like anything iskandar now chiong lol.. just like how myanmar play counter all chiong previously few mths ago..

ALBEDO vs ROWSLEY Iskandar Land Acquisition
On 21 December 2012, Rowsley Ltd announced a non-binding term sheet with Vantage Bay Sdn
Bhd (?Vantage?) in relation to the proposed acquisition by the Company and/or its
wholly-owned subsidiary of parcels of vacant land located within the Iskandar
development region, Johor Bahru, Malaysia, measuring approximately 9.23 hectares
(the ?Land?), for a consideration of S$358 million. (9.23 hectares = ~22 acres)
The price rise from .141 to .26 on second trading day after announcement and reached its peak on March 2013 at .53 cts. That is more than double.
On 20 Aug 2013, Albedo Ltd entered a non-binding memorandum of understanding (?MOU?)
with Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd (the ?TCSB?), pursuant to which it is proposed
that the Company will acquire five (5) parcels of land (the ?Properties?) located in
the north of Iskandar, Malaysia from TCSB (the ?Proposed Acquisition?) for a consideration of RM 3 Billion (~SGD 1.1 Billion)
The Properties are located in Gelang Patah, the vicinity of Setia Eco Gardens and are
to the north of Iskandar, Malaysia?s Flagship B: Nusajaya Development. The
Properties are accessible from Johor Bahru City via the multiple access roads and also
the Second Link Expressway. As at the date of this announcement, the Properties
cover a total land area of approximately 762 acres.
Do you agree....? The price will not stop at 4 cts. Still lots more room to rise.

Logically..issue new shares wld mean dilutions of holdings. Px drop. But if all who receives believes in iskandar project...an upward px movement is highly possible. Which I think is a welcome move.

Short sell vol is 380,064 lots, 29% of total traded vol today. With such high vol shorting, it still closed at 37. Does it mean anything? Please enlighten.

Easily gap up to 4 cts tomorrow ....
If it could close above 3.4cts today, the next resistance will be at previous high of 5.6cts. But today volume was a record is a worry, a high gain high risk counter now.
