Ezra probably will range bound for a while before the significant breakout.

You're all most welcome. Thanks for visiting too! I shall be monitoring Ezra's business and Balance Sheet/Cash Flows post-acquisition. If there's any other thoughts from me I will post them here.

Happy Investing and remember - Margin of Safety! :D

Note: Not Vested in Ezra.

Dear all, I have posted up an analysis of Ezra's FY 2010 results as well as given some views on their proposed acquisitions on my blog at http://sgmusicwhiz.blogspot.com. Please feel free to visit and comment, thanks! :D Note: I am NOT vested.

A snippet as follows:-

"Offshore support services’ gross margin fell from 38% to 35%, while deepwater subsea services’ gross margin fell significantly from 13% to a mere 3%. Fortunately for Ezra, deepwater subsea only took up 6% of FY 2010’s revenue, as compared to 14% for FY 2009; otherwise the impact to overall gross margins would have been more striking."

Hi craized. it is very normal for the shares of a company to drop especially when the company is the acquirer, and the share of the acquiree to go up (usually by large percentages). In this case, Ezra acquires Aker Solutions ASA and therefore what you're seeing  is a very normal flow of stock exchanges. Be patient and time will kick in the value of this stock.

Dividend will only be paid once it is approved by shareholders at the upcoming AGM (usually held in Dec).

I am currently working on an analysis of Ezra's FY 2010 results, as well as my views on their acquisitions. I will post this up on my blog once it is done, so watch out for it.

Note: I am an ex-shareholder of Ezra from 2006 till 2009 (October). Am no longer vested, but studying the Company's business as part of my learning philosophy pertaining to value investing.

Cheers.
