Is not a matter of how much to trust, is a matter of how market players play n how mkt behave.
Analysing is only a part of the on going information from many sources, posting n sharing with would be players to make n decide after doing their homework n due diligence.
There is always the pro +ve n con -ve to everything we do or does B4 placing betting chip.
Will have to respect mkt players n how mkt decide the outcome this coming week.

Right now, at around $2, the yield is 4.9%. Not very attractive bcos interest rates will probably rise over the next few years. 

  The good thing is, West Gate Mall is coming in December. I am expecting a boost to DPU next year.

A few weeks back, the price went down to 1.92+

That was a good time to buy some. But too bad, I have limited funds,   so I had to focus on SATS, Neratel and MIT. 

  So far, Neratel is my best addition!

We are getting at much better price than the Italian owner. Price upgrade catalyst will be more contract wins. Other than that, most situations priced in already.

They see the long term prospects and value of this company and if they don't start to collect cheap at price of 80 cents  range, they probably can never get such a cheap bargain again). 2) Chart wise, we see clearly an inverted hammer (the bulls and bears are in a tug of war and bears manage to only drive down the price by merely 0.005 from opening price => bears are losing strength and bulls will take over soon). 3) Again, chart wise, we see a rare bullish white/black harami during a persistent downtrend. The black candle with a small body but within the white candle stick shows that consolidation is taking place. From what I have learnt and my own humble experiences throughout these years, white/black harami in a downtrend means that a very bullish reversal is going to occur soon. 4)0.83 support has been tested 2 times and not able to break. Thursday and Friday test 0.835 again 2 times also cannot break. 5)The loss this quarter though unexpected, is relatively small and at most one-time in my opinion. If one feels that the losses will be persistent and becomes even greater, by all means offload and sell cuz the fundamentals may have changed then in this aspect. But market's reaction to the loss this quarter as seen from Friday is rather mild, negligible if compared to how market reacts when the profit guidance comes out.Based on my humble analysis, the price looks more like it will rally soon instead of drop. Let's see if I am correct. As long as one have the holding power, I am pretty sure we will see a strong price rebound soon. Lastly, don't take me for all my words. Do your own due diligence.
