anything lower than 0.40 is actually a very good price for RaffleEdu.
Mainly Education is recession proof. If there's recession the government will ask the public to go upgrade skills. Demand is always there.
To me if Education Business is very hard to fail unless you do something seriously wrong. In which i dont think RafflesEducation is doing anything wrong at least for now.
So i will Keep my Buy call on this baby !

already said "Never Lose Money".....if you were to buy Raffles Education at 48 cents, you will have make a loss of 24% within a month at current price of 36.5 cents....at 36.5 cents, and if you were to break even to reach 48 cents, you need to make 32% gain for this counter (mean it need to rise 32% just for you to break even) which is not easy for a counter to rise 32% (the worst is that you lose lots of opportunity to make money from other counters as the money is stucked)...hence take care of the downside and the upside will take care of itself....remember "Never Lose Money" (the actual theory is much profound than the example stated above)...good luck :)

FYI, this is one counter that i will avoid and ignore in the next 3 years based on fundamental and technical indicators...good luck :)
