The average cost is based on my estimate calculation. I calculated his initial 55 390 000 shares (4.4%) based on 0.03 which was the lowest for Inforamtics at one time. The rest of the figures were also based on the lowest share prices for those days he bought in. As such, his average share price may be higher than 0.0814 which I had worked out, but I played it on the safe side by taking this figure as a guideline for myself.

Before the crazy buy up on 22 Jul... he already own 4.4% i think... nt sure how much was paid for the 55mil shares...

did u factor in? or your ave price of 0.08 is based on (19% - 4.4%) from 22 jul to aug this year...

PL accumulated his 19.05% stakes in Informatics since 22nd Jul to 4th Aug 2010 which amounted to 239 755 000 shares.

His total investment based on my estimation is $19 509 768.90

His average price is 0.0814

He could have gotten rid of them when the price shot up to 0.22-0.225 on the 11th-12th Aug 2010.

Till now there isn't any change in percentage share holding from all the substantial investors like PL.

Like the masters once said, this counter is for long term and not for speculating.

Ok. So the price is dropping and so far, all substantial shareholders have not sold.

So, two possible scenarios now.

1) Selling has no real reason. It's a matter of time when this will rebound.

2). Selling has a real reason - we just don't know what it is for now. Then all vested better get out.

Based on circumstances now, which do we think is the likely scenario? I don't see any in-between scenarios.

I still haven't have any passion for this penny stock.  Retailers seem to be conned into buying not only this, those like  Rowsley and Vallianze.

A check with SGX website and POEMs research note, no major info shareholder transaction, PL is still holding the stake. According to public info, PL is in for long term, anyway, it is only 3 months since he became major shareholder. The market will also like to play this game, up and down, how do you play with it is another story...

Anybody can share, thank you.

keepinvest      ( Date: 25-Oct-2010 23:04) Posted:

This counter has a very weak fundamental, almost zero cent in NAV and EPS. The last rally was because that Peter Lim was buying, and that started the music. The music has obviously stopped, so it's not surprise to see it moving down slowly.

I have learned my lesson not to hold any stocks for long term which are triggered by so called the prominent BB like OHL, PL, etc. The rally will never last for long. Centillion, MDR, etc are some good examples.

Make quick money only during the rally . If you missed it don't hold on to it. This is my experience.

I just can't understand why Info is gradually dropping 0.005c per day.

It's so planned.

It's like someone's dumping bit  by bit.

Well, I really regretted going into this counter....

Does anyone have an inkling what's going on?
