The gist of the article, basically said, now GSP now is at the high side, alrdy up 38% since ds yr, not much gap on invest oppr, analyst said. Some said, 1.85,1.88 n 2.10 , the TPs.

I cannot guarantee that it will go to 1.90. If you are playing with contra then you must know your risks. Nothing is certain in this market, and we must always expect the unexpected. Who knows maybe today everyone will start to profit take and sell it down to 1.80 again. Anything is possible in the market, please remember that.

Resistance for benchmark, which closed +1.1% at 2,982.83 yesterday, expected at year-to-date high of 3,043. High-beta plays like NOL (N03.SG), Genting Singapore (G13.SG), Golden Agri-Resources (E5H.SG) may be key percentage gainers among STI components. Whether expected uptick able to last in days ahead or just mere blip will hinge largely on Friday’s US August non-arm payrolls report. “Whilst it remains to be seen if the US economic slowdown could lead to shocks that affect equity markets, we believe the risk has risen over the past few weeks,” says DMG; “in our view, there is greater uncertainty in the market now and over the next three to six months.”

By the way, just take note that Dow Jones futures is down at the moment. So a sell-off upon profit taking can be expected before today's market close.

Hahahah AK you are so funny !!!  By the way, global markets are very very bullish, at yesterday's close France, Germany and UK are up substantially. Dow Jones last night was up 254 points. Our straits times index closed with a white Marabuzo candle yesterday indicating strong bullishness and our dear GentingSP also closed with a white Marabuzo candle. Today my take is both STI and GentingSP will open with a strong gap-up and then rally all the way to 1.85 - 1.88, maybe even 1.90. There are several analyst calls for $2 too. But I think rally to $2 a bit unlikely today. 

岳 母？Got 2 meanings. The actual answer is 岳 飞's mother. If, AK guesses, U got it right as mother-in-law, 50% marks lah.

Today, ZaoBao, an English Professor commented Singlish r commonly used at local, but not the British's English.

Ha ha, for actual interpretation of 岳 母, it means those surname  岳's mothers. As there is no hyphen in chinese character, hence the confusion could be there loh. However, if someone says  岳 母 大 人，it could be clearer loh. So AK still can go for another beer mah?

For trading & investment in stock, one must be vigilant n experienced. Reads at least 2 papers per day. Listen to our top brass people speech. Alert on giant country, ie USA, Japan & China move on adjustment to their country economy. Run road, if there is calamity happening in financial issue in any influncial countries. Ie, AK dump most of my counters in early May ds yr when there was impenting financial problem in d county Greece, in EU. Lose less rather than regrad lah. Recover, when end of thunnel got light loh.  Cheers.

It is not late if u hv missed Genting SP, your call liao. Pse take note that MFT always play with figure, ie 2.10, thats was logical n promising. Today it closed at 1.80, MFT will raise the next TP again.

Overall 2nd Q Genting Sp made 5.6mil daily. Next Q, with pouring in tourists n other major events, wat u think?  18.8% of GDP grow, more bunus for gov servants, private sectors will follow suit, incentives for thousands of NS men, ie first cat, second cat or even 3 cat.

Plus, those made $ in the recent stock market, esp Genting Sp, will definitely patronise RSW liao. Ha ha, but AK will go cruise to no where next Mon loh, for relaxing lah. Cheers.
