patience wait to buy low,,,,,,,,,,,target price for accumulate
You're sending positive signal and I appreciate it. I also tend to agree with you because when I look at the chart 13.5cents is a breakout turn support level.

The last transaction for today:
Well, it's not a huge buy up like in the millions but it's a change... in the past few weeks, we saw more huge sell downs at 1705.
So, 2 positive things we see today: Low volume today (signifies a drying up of speculative sell-downs) and a significant buy up at 1705.
Let's see what happens tomorrow....
But going by what we observe today, and looking at the charts, they all point to a turn UP....

Well said... I hope you are right.

Yo des,
If you've been reading my posts, the selling is drying up. that is why the volume today is so low. We are hitting the limit of 250m plus shares that i've assessed to be in the "speculative" pool, cumulatively for the past 4 weeks.
When the volumes have dropped to the levels we see today, the turning pt is gonna happen soon...
And don't be too hard on yourself - we all live and learn...

even at current 13 cts, it has more than double from 6 cts ! what's more do u want. I pity those hold at 22 ct. Gd luck.
That's because the selling is drying up .... anyone trying to push down the price will be taking a huge risk..

My take: PL won't sell.
I think there's some collaboration going on between PL and Vincent Tan. The 2 of them are in TMC Life Sciences Bhd as well - a company listed in KL. And the % shareholdings in TMC are also about the same between the 2 as in Informatics.
I mean, after 1 month of persistent, low volume daily selling, we still have no news of SSH dumping - so that's GOOD NEWS.
After looking at the price trend for Informatics, I'll say this could happen: It'll TURN the corner by next week. 0.13 to 0.135 is the bottom.
Why?
1) Since the last high of 18.5c on 28 Sep, it's been downhill since 29 Sep. We're coming close to a month this week. How long more can it last? Plus i believe it's quarterly report is around the corner.
2) The cumulative no of shares traded since 29 Sep is about 250m plus shares. These represent the 20% speculative shares I was talking about in my posts below. It can't surpass this figure by alot UNLESS a SSH sells big time. Supply of shares for selling are running out.
It'll go up from here.

Great stuff HowLooGiok....
Back to the daily price drops that we are seeing...
PL owns approx 20%, Vincent Tan approx 34% - that's 54%...
Let's assume other "big" shareholders form another 6% - so we could assume that 60% of shares not "under" speculative trading...
Let's further assume that out of the remaining 40%, half are long term investors...so, based on this theory, approx 20% of Informatics' shares are in the hands of the public for the kind of speculative trading we see...my estimate is that 20% is about 250m shares...
So, how long will these 250m shares continue to change hands, artificially pushing the price down? Since mid-August, we've had 3 attempts to shoot past 18.5c, each with 110m plus volumes...
My take is that with the ASSUMED supply of shares for speculative trading being relatively low (20%), just a little spike in demand will drive up the stock price quickly when the time comes...
Of course, another key requirement is that there is nothing wrong with the company, no substantial shareholder selling etc..

The average cost is based on my estimate calculation. I calculated his initial 55 390 000 shares (4.4%) based on 0.03 which was the lowest for Inforamtics at one time. The rest of the figures were also based on the lowest share prices for those days he bought in. As such, his average share price may be higher than 0.0814 which I had worked out, but I played it on the safe side by taking this figure as a guideline for myself. |
