An uneventful yr for Oceanus. Boss. Dr Ng look Happi n I think he is...So far no news or bad news. Think got hope, as CNY is coming, + he promises to BBs vested stake holders - bottom line is 2return2 profitability vested $$$ need some return yeilds, so prices may oso look promises as much effort had been putting it, into solid measures to consolidation it operation, given after the big scare.
Err...No promises of a multibagger. Last done px stood @0.0330cts. Happi speculating in2 yr 2013

Oceanus news -- Nominating Committee and the Board have reviewed, assessed and concluded that Mr. Stephen Lee possesses the requisite experience to carry out his duties as the Non-Executive Director, There are oso severa BBsl stake holders holding 14% stake.
Mr Stephen Lee is a MD of AIF Capital Ltd (“AIF Capital”) and has been with AIF Capital since 1994. He has led investments in media, transportation, pharmaceuticals, power, telecommunication and transportation sectors across China, HK, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, S'pore, M'sia, Philippines and South Korea, with over 15 years of private equity, direct investment and industry experience and represents AIF Capital on the boards of various portfolio companies.
His appointment as Non-Exe Director. Entered into between the Co and Ocean Wonder on 5 Apr, 2012 (as disclosed, dated 22-Jun-2012) which was approved in the EGM held on 10-Jul-2012, Ocean Wonder is entitled to appoint one director to the Board of the Co. Mr Stephen Lee is a nominee of Ocean Wonder.

It tool a few months but it has really fallen below 5 cents now. Sorry to all vested. Bottom not in sight yet, unfortunately.

Probably not close shop but may fall below S$0.05 soon. Funding drying up and cash is hard to come by these days. How many more rights can they offer when their business is being swept out into the sea ?

Risktaker was right in his assessment. The company has lost so much and the question is from this point onwards will it make a come back. If it can, then there will still be hope, if it does not, then it will remain in the below 10 cent penny for long time to come.
The ex-ceo is now trying very hard to dispose of his stake through the open market. It is not easy for him to dispose nearly all the10 percent stake overnight in Oceanus if there are no takers who believe there is a future here. So the counter is really going to face strong resistance to any upward move.
If u listen to me 3-4 months back ....

I think its common sense ... to think that way... So oceanus recently loses millions of dollar worth of abalone assets the first question i will ask myself is will this kind of Aoutbreak happen again ? What are the procedures or measures they have taken to prevent this to happen again ?
Aslo I just wonder if anyone have really seen or audited the few hundred millions dollar worth of abalone being disposed ?
Ask yourself.... I just pointed out doubts ....
For me My advice stay out of this counter if:
1) No preventive measures are in place (So which means abalone will die again)
I am not attacking anyone or coy. I just pointed out doubts i have. This is a place to share. Like I say do your own study before you made a Buy or Sell Action.
