And the most normal way to tap money n cash is to issue right to shareholders on whatever basic, say for example one for two held by existing share holders.
This will caused warrant to fell into weak hands whom may not have a long term interest.
Just wanted to make quick profit for most retail players.

What is proposed will definitely be approved.
Once the warrant is traded, it will be hotter.
Mother share price and warrant will move in tandem. |

Most likely this Christmas 0.10 will be breached.
After that, more announcements and contracts will follow.
I cautiously optimistic about 2014 not only for SGX stocks but globally.
