seems the bulls are pulling out. given current px of .14, after factoring the rights price and average out, per share price would be around 9 cts. is it a good buy? price has been stagnant for the past 2 yrs until recent buy by some big guys. wonder would price continue to climb after rights issues or would it trend down?
Rights can subscribe through ATM, prospects wise, growth potential from biomass plant in Malaysia and hydroelectric dam in Vietnam.
At the moment have three operating power plants in Cambodia, all making money, plus fire protection system maintenance in Singapore stable revenue. Recently have big investors coming in, such as Tai Sin Electric father-son team ( Bobby Lim the father as CEO of Tai Sin, Bernard Lim the son as Chief Operating Officer of Tai Sin) and Brian Chang Holdings. Can refer to SGX announcements on placement to these investors.
The incentive to buy now is cos of the free warrants. When company do even better, the warrants will be worth more when stock price goes up. Theoreticaly, the value of the two free warrants is sufficient to cover for the amount for one new share. I would call this " a bonus rather than rights"

ISDN a stk that moves up to cross $1 in the span of 6 mths. The chart is pretty similar in movement. Small little crawling but up the price at each crawl. When moves down, it gives u a heartattack but v soon it carry on moving up.
