Not too sure,  as weaknesses in STI appear, thus it might retrace slightly back towards 0.42 to get it support before moving up further. But look at the graph currently the strength is still pretty strong, thus it might also walk a different path with STI and continue to chiong.
Yingli soon will be above Sgd. 0.50, I presume.
That is why, you may expect more on capiatal gain through Yingli, for its 0 dividend yield in return! Just common sense mathematic, I suppose!

Have off load 1/3 after the first target achieved at 0.41, the next two target is around 0.6 and 0.8. Currently still waiting for the high rised trendline to formulate. Seems like this is quite a strong trend. As many of my indicators show positive.

Today graph confirm the high rise tunnel is open, it continue the 3 Jan 2013 breakout of slow upward trending tunnel.

check the time and sales only 62lots exercise at 0.365, thus it is really a sudden removal of the blocking lots.
look like collector have collect enough, suddenly remove the 400 over lots at 0.365

Do also look at pcrt for high growth and high dividend.....
Previous breakout is well supported, and volume is diminishing, expecting another breakout of 0.38 soon.

 
The resistance of 0.365 break few days ago, currently still standing firmly above it.

Confident with Yanlord and Ying Li, as for other china property share, I donot vest in. Looking for long terms gain, as the property market for china should continue it upward trend. As this year two time reduction in the bank interest loan rate  had make the property market  more attractive. From June this year the property loan rate have reduce from 7.05% to 6.8%, and July this year the loan rate is further reduce to 6.55%. Thus the demand for the housing continue to growth further.

As for Yanlord the highest price is $4.40 in 2007, and the performance have been quite consistance for the last few years but the price continue to decline thus the true value for this counter is definitely much higher.

Looks like 37.5 cents was difficult to break even though it is trying to make it a good support base for several occasions already. It is important that it climb above this support and enter the 40 cents zone for conformity with strength.
Seems like there are few more resistance level before reaching $0.60, based on the charting.

It should, but not so fast.....
