The only reason why the AGM is postponed is mostly linked to the books. If the books aren't finalized, AGM can't proceed thus the delay in AGM again and again.
If this company is so profitable, the books should be fine. Why it can't be finalized till now ? Trade with care. I almost dive into this counter once when it was trading at 10. I'm glad I didn't.

Further to the announcement made on 16 July 2013, the Board of Directors of Transcu Group

Aiyoo... i tell you my 2 cts ahh.
With the olimpic in the pipeline and with the radiation problem the govt need to resolve way before olimpic..Transcu will definitely surge unless they have a very very bad news, i.e. their technology didn't work as intended/designed. Now that they already delivered the technology for 'test of live', I am confident all are in order. Anything to do with technology requires huge initial investment as they will not be able to sell what they claimed until it is proven. As of now, they cannot even pay rental as everyone aware.
I can only say Transcu has got very good potential. But once good news comes out, you will not see double or triple of current price. Because the SHH bought at close to .05 cts and they cannot sell for certain period of time. I already vested huge for their technology and can't wait for the real news very soon hopefully.
This stock is only for real investor.
This firm releases a lot of news regarding their restructuring, both in terms of business opportunities and financing options. At the end of the day, these " positive" news should flow into the P& L and shareholders should be assured that the worse is over. I am not assured. If anyone is interested, don't pump in what you cannot afford to lose and don't borrow to buy. There is always a possibility that the restructuring efforts are not fluff and the price will surge...however, the management has to do a better job communicating to the shareholders. My 2 cents.
That why this people keep bullshit that news coming out 18 days or whatever day before news come out company already close shop
