Funds flowing out of SPC previously had gone somewhere and may come back to find PEC as a storage of wealth.

PEC posts 50% gain in net profit to $16.3m for 1H
PEC Ltd., the plant and terminal engineering specialist, has reported
a 50% increase in net profit attributable to shareholders to $16.3 million
for the six months ended 31 December 2009 (H1 FY2010) from $10.9 million
in H1 FY2009.
PEC’s recent win of a US$174.5 million ($245 million) contract to provide
engineering, procurement and construction works for an oil terminal in
Malaysia boosted the group’s order book to approximately $360 million as
at Dec 31 2009.
This bugger goin up again.. bought it when ppl were throwing at 71.5ct. don't miss the boat !
Based on comparable valuation, this one has the potential to double from here.

From what I understand PEC is able take on a complete plant construction projection independently(from A..to Z) - no need to sub-contract out. On top of that, it can also offers maintenance contract after the construction.
