Price action continues to be unfavorable after the bond deals. Outlook also continues to b unfavorable for property stks. Plus analysts may anytime downgrade their views on them, odds are pointing to more dn than up. Trim or cut out. Let the players play themselves

sky vue mostly smaller size units looks like going to sell well. many hdb upgraders, dinks will be able to afford it. about 80% of apt sold between 1/6/2013 to 31/8/2013 are below $1.8m

The 3.24 hit b4 the announcement of the deal. Likely to be done by the deal makers to set the final pricing. Isn't this call price manipulation? Sgx closed both eyes on this issue? CS & DBS likely players behind the push.

Price action is unfavorable. The players are offloading ard 3.17-3.18. Plus storyline for all reits and property stocks are more down bias than up bias. Same old story on fed tapering which will happen sooner or later which will impact long term rates, couple w property curb which the analysts will keep on recycle as bear case story. No point to buy when there is no immediate catalyst for up bias.

According to OCBC, " while we estimate, as a result of lower pricing, fairly slim profit margins for Sky Vue ? in the low teens ? we believe that a strong launch would be taken positively by the market, particularly now that the group has a total unsold exposure of over a thousand units in the Bishan locality in Sky Habitat (340 units unsold) and Sky Vue (694 units unsold)," and could lead to increased interest in the stock. CapitaLand holds a 75% equity stake in the 694-unit Sky Vue in Bishan, Singapore, with the remainder held by Mitsubishi Estate Asia Pte. Ltd. Sky Vue opened for previews last weekend and is priced at S$1.38k ? S$1.55k psf. This is about 5%-10% lower than the adjacent Sky Habitat project (also owned by CapitaLand) and we like that the group has taken a realistic approach by pricing this project to move.... i think financial engineering excercise only. 
still got to watch bishan project, sky vue, can sell or not.
