yup, same feel, might haf2 wait little more longer to Q3or4.
One of the stocks that's oredi hit rock bottom. Probly only boom mid to end 2010. Only good thing is strong 'mountain' behind this counter.

I remember their divid yeid last time was very promising, what happened to this year, perhaps not doing well ...

120000 lots?? I pass it too, feel too expensive, some more dividend not guaranteed.

Different.....
Saizen NAV is 40 cts and rental yield is stable...
And they almost cleared all their debts and will be accumulating cash to pay dividends from April onwards..
Fraser Comm NAV is 27 cts...
And massive debts and come up with dunno what CPPU that eats into distributable income...
Saizen is a better buy than Fraser...
tis looks lk another saizen reit..soon no dividend for tis yr..debt so high
this is one of the crappy stocks that i am currently holding....no freaking movement. always stuck at 0.145. poor dividends payout...
i am holding 120K lots of this crap stock...really a waste of time
Since no dividend, i hv sold it last month..
I let it pass too, still holding my share - in red
