No it doesn't look like a double 3. An a-b-c correction is more likely to be formed. Just my view...

CHHX look more like a double 3. Well still earlier to say.
Wedge or triangle need at least 5 waves.
Just my view...

Hi pilotfish,
CHHX is probably currently in the process of forming the contracting triangle continuation pattern.
Tat pattern will be void if it breaks below the sloping support line in the next few days.
Contracting triangle works on both daily n weekly chart n need not fulfil the 5 wave pattern, take a look at tat 2nd chart mentioned, it does not look like having 5 waves.

Hi richtan,
Personally I don't think that the entry will appear so soon.
Figure 2 in your link is not a weekly chart. Nevertheless, Hongx doesn't fit the 5 waves contracting triangle. (CSI already fullfil).
For Hongx to move up or down, volume plays an importance role. However, indicators are now unfavourable for the upside move.
Just my view.... |

Hi pilotfish,
Note my annotations in my chart whereby I stated tat the bullish contracting triangle pattern
will be void if it breaks below the lower sloping support line at 13 cts on close, have to monitor
for the next few days to see if the pattern is valid.
It will be vaild if it bounce up upon touching the lower sloping support line and then later on break above the upper sloping resistance line.
It could beundergoing a 3 wave a-b-c correction. |

Hi Fellow Forumers,
Looks like the pest have morphed, mutated, re-incarnated or made another clone (01101749) out to taunt me again in the "Ausgroup" thread.
Plse give me your support to rebut or lodge a complaint to admin to remove such pests from making non-value-added,
unconstructive post out to taunt people.
Our peaceful days only lasted a few days, the jaws/pests are back now and taunts are re-appearing.

Hi bitang,
Thanks for info for the ADX indcator. So it is also indicating a downside for HongX.
However, still find it difficult to understand.
Hi richtan,
Agree that most indicators are lagging. Nevertheless, for Hongx to more up or down volume plays an importance role esp this moment...(half way hanging). On the other hand indicators are against Hongx from moving up...
Just my view

Hi pilotfish,
Dun get wat u mean by "Figure 2 is a weekly chart"
Click on http://www.e-wavecharts.com/elliottwave/elliottwave.htm
Look at the 2nd chart (nothing on the chart indicates tat it is a weekly chart) - "Couer D Alene Mines (CDE) - Nov 12th 2003",
looks identical to CHHX,

Hi, Thanks for sharing.
My comment is to look at the indicators. So far MACD, RSI and the Stochastic indicator don't look good. I am not familiar with the other 2 technical indicators. Personally and locically, for Hongx to move up, it need a very high volume. Any rise in price without strong volume may not sustain.
Just my view...
