Yesterday, there was massive support for this battled stock:
0.025 | - | 5,686 | 4,500 | 0.025 | 0.030 | 1,666 | 0.030 | 0.025 | MFG |
There was one trade for 1m at 3c, and the rest (4.686m) were support done at 2.5c, with another 4.5m shares waiting to pick up at 2.5c. To those detractors, you're welcomed to dump your holdings and I'll assure you that I'll be the first in line to pick them up.
Never underestimate the potential of this stock, and of particular interest, PCIM. Check them out yourself.
Caveat Emptor.
Dear Jensonlaw,
Well, sooner or later, market will uncover this potential hidden Gem, I should say. Caveat Emptor.
PCIM has the option to convert S$60m of unsecured noninterest bearing convertible notes to be converted into ordinary shares. So far, they have only converted S$4.35m, and thus have a long long way to go. They, together with Mr Liu, are the biggest loser if they allows the Co. to go belly-up. If we get announcement of 'NOTICE OF A DIRECTOR'S (INCLUDING A DIRECTOR WHO IS A SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER) INTEREST AND CHANGE IN INTEREST' and found that PCIM has indeed held onto it's shares, then we can confirm that KXD is a extremely good undervalued stock. Caveat emptor.

PCIM's S$4.35m would have given them around a 'more than 25%' stake in the Company. I doubt after their strategic manoeuvre, they will allow the share price to be dangling at the current level. Would you if you were a substantial shareholder? Would you Mr Liu?
Even the gains of the Singtel today is much more than 2.5c:

Rock solid support at 2.5c. This pricing could yet be another strategy by PCIM to accummulate at great bargain. Bring it on!
According to the FY06 report, the single largest shareholder is Mr Liu, holding 75.69% of the shares. With such depressed pricing, I don't think any of the substantial shareholders are willing to part with their shares. Thus, those that were sold today were probably forced upon from 'margin calls'. Excellent to accummulate for price appreciation in the future.

Pacific Capital Investment Management Limited ('PCIM') has made the following notes issue -conversion:
31 Oct 07 $2m @ 9.5c = 21.052m shares
11 Dec 07 $1m @ 5.8c = 17.241m shares
8 Jan 08 $900k @ 4.7c = 19.148m shares
28 Jan 08 $450k @ 2.3c = 19.565m shares
The average price paid for the S$4.35m investment is approx. 5.65c. Compare this amount to the current stock price of 3c, and you'll realise that it is grossly, obscenely undervalued.
This is for information only, and not an inducement to buy. Caveat Emptor.
yea. have read the AR. NAV is indeed high, but as terence noted, EPS is very low. plus cash flow dropped by almost half; gross profit increased but revenue declined, as co itself noted: due to increased competition.
technically, when a stock drops from its high of 20c to 3c with no abating, it's a sign to stay out.
fyi, not vested.
Are you trying induced buyers? Up half a cent for a 3 cents counter definitely see huge jump in %!!! When mkt falls, it fell!! When mkt rebounds, no movement!!! These are the REAL penny counters. Enjoy your accumulation and hold for long long long term.
Hulumas was very right - PCIM executed a very strategic plan to accummulate this gem at a great discount. It was surprising that the majority stakeholder did not do anything to rectify the anormally. If KXD is not a gem, then PCIM would not have exercised or bothered to strategise to gain a larger percentage of the Company in the Company.

Wow, went up 20% yesterday - see what I told you, lots of potential to go up greatly. Such a good return, everyone also want, don't you? Go ahead and buy buy buy.
Apparently you are really slowly accumulating at such a good price.
As shared, this is the most valued stock just now - NTA is almost Sing 16c, but yet it is trading at 2.5-3c. Value investing stock for all.
