With Ms Saw,expect Auric to go back again if not get its dividends next year ..Auric is a good proxy for O.U.E and if the latter successfully landed F& N as its takeover Auric may be given a boost,since both share the same parent-Lippo Group..Auric used to be a $3-4 like Cerebos in the past and over the years no rights or bonus issues despite buying over Robinson before and big property like one philip street building...so its stock is definitely worth > current price $1.07

OUE is halted...attention shifted to Auric ..now $1.145 verses its NAV 1.68...can hold 3-6mths shd cross its earleir peak of $1.39 achieved recently esp with its good dividends ,strong growth," Ms Saw" effect and potential sale by Lippo group to divest
sudden growth spurt !! Hopefully can go back up to 1.4!

forming a base..1.10..shd be safe to collect for the long haul
Time to collect back..hit bottom yesterday 1 Nov at $1.05...that's where it shot to $1.10...$1.15-1.17 then all the way to 1.26-1.30 and 1.37-1.39..time to resume its uptrend,with Ms Saw at the helm..close yr eyes and buy > Its intrinsic net asset is $1.78...check EDGE magazine a few weeks ago..overlooked by many analysts..so be grossly undervalued,since few pay attention to Auric
