yes, with this ADR, it really can draw the attention of anyone, besides, it can tell other that its traded at a PE of 4...which is considered cheap too...if the price can be creeping up gradually again, it might eventually prompt the management to have share allotment to raise more fund to run their business rather than borrowed from bank......

if share is pretty hot and a lot ppl interested to get hold of it, and if boss very greedy. very high chance for me to pledge his shares to get loan for other investment, if his investment turns sour, pledge share got to forced sell.

it seem to say their adle to expose the company to the US market. don't really understand also. anyway it is to have big exposure, goood news. no necessary affect the price movement. my veiw only..
