today is T+4 for last Friday's surge and T+3 for Monday's surge. Need to clear out the contra holders before any resumption of run.
BB not in to support today....hopefully the annoucement can come sooner and rock this baby up 2fold....
Expected the unexpected for this gem...do not sell...till e announcement of its TDRs pricing at least....
pre-ipo fellas would have cashed out after the 6 mth moratorium by then...

Very good FA analysis...this counter is FA solid...must really be patient on the price...somehow I got the feeling that a certain BB is manipulating the price and prevent it from cheonging....of coz there are many small birdies who quickly sold off for small profit since the runup has been from 8cts region to now....my TP for this is $0.45.....close to its IPO price....
Their numbers do look exponentially strong. Sales doubled 3rd quarter.
They have an adhesive product targetted at personaly hygiene. Apparently in China, the adhesive for this line of products are all imported and Changtian is 1st in the market to produce locally. They started producing/selling in 1st quarter 09 so it looks like this line is going to be a greenfield for them and the fund raising is also to increase their production lines for this market.
Market looks big for them since I can imagine the kind of "prices" they would be charging to clients who would be more than happy to switch from expensive imports.
As to pricing of their TDRs....should be in the mid 35c so with a 20% discount, market price could trade up to 40c.
the price i got is above 40 cents....does it seem ridiculous?

Price might stabilised ard $0.21 to $0.24 region....sudden surge will only happen when more news of its TDR is announced....could be anytime from now till March...therefore for those who are in...hold on to it...do not sell coz you might not be able to buy back quickly...

i have been keeping my eye on this counter......fundamentally, its revenue has surged since Q3, let c what would be in Q4.....The application of TDR will be either successful or failed by no later than end of April....But then we shall know....They did mention that they wan to raise 300 mil by issuing 132 mil shares....By dividing the amount expected to raise by outstanding shares, roughly u will know what would the price be......
