Still looks pretty good from TA charts.

But not too many projects in the pipeline. Even so, most are in suburb residential area......one of its drector just pared down his stake at $2.06 yesterday...

Allgreen went to as high as 2.20 today, if it rises beyond 2.20 it will be heading towards a longer bullish rise... Compared to other properties stock like Wing Tai and SC Global, this one is still undervalued and eyed by many fund managers. Even Ho Bee is already 2.47 Furthermore, its parent is Kuok Group in Malaysia. All the best to all who has vested!! Chiong to 2.40!!

Allgreen Granted Hup Cheong Mansions Option
? The subsidiary proprietors of Hup Cheong Mansions (?Property?) have granted Allgreen Properties Ltd. the option to purchase the Property for a cash consideration of S$24 million. Allgreen will play an option fee of 1% of the consideration, with a further 9% payable on the exercise of the Option and the balance 90% of the consideration will be payable on completion. The acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on the group?s current-year financials.
