I am suprised, that SGX has not querried this counter,last friday and no trading halt till now. Wonder what they are up to.

huatwaa: limkt09 post say broker say 0.50 so logic would tell you the share price cannot go above 0.50 lor else earn wat if the 0.50 is the offer price leh? :P

Singapore's Sunningdale Tech Ltd. is likely to receive a S$0.50 a share takeover offer from an investment fund, three brokers told Dow Jones Newswires on Friday.
The identity of the investment fund isn't clear but the brokers, who didn't want to be named, believe it may be a private equity fund or Singapore state investment company Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd.

heard could be a M&A target. in fact a few plastics industry players are being considered to be M&A target. i say heard as in rumors as always without any official SGX announcement yet.
