Profit taking for blue chips.  Penny on the rise.  BBR is still quite quiet - no bulk buy-in yet.  I've confidence in my one million shares.

let's just say that i have a very reliable source.......however, having said that i understand the frustration whenever BBR stays stagnant or fails to break through through 20cents, me included.

Hmm...ninjaturtle why so confident?

Can share with me?

Anyway, the heavy sell down is expected. Although breach the 18.0c mark & closed at 17.5c, the strong support level has been raised.

Dun worry - the focus these few days are the blue chips which had been lying low last week.  There should be some profit taking by the end of the week and STI will go down.  Then people will then start buying penny like BBR Smiley.  For collection, it should be this week.

No worries.  I bgt more slightly than a million shares last week at 0.185.  Ready to ride the waves and hold on for sometime.  Not surprise if it goes beyond 0.2 when the interest has returned from blue to penny.

Rather strong support at 18.0c now.

Crucial to see hold till Tuesday.

A bull like BBR will not take long to consolidate ..... my estimation of the end is probably today or another trading day .....

This time round it may have a good chance of crossing the 20 cts level convincingly .....

if I am a short term player, I would let go now as I bought at 7cents ie.270% increase but I see more potential in this counter that the market is seeing now so going to hold on.....

No, I do not think it will be like the last curbs in 1998. Instead, the govt will let market forces determine the prices, only mitigating the rising price by releasing more land. This is esepcially so if we are to be more cosmopolitan and moving towards a global city. Whether we like it or not, construction will be on a strong uptrend till at least 2009. As the market factor in 6 months of expectation, if you are conservative, let go then. I strongly believe in cycles as much as I believe in looking at fundatmentals and TA. The last 3 years of a bull market, property prices will shoot up like crazy and it is happening now. So I expect this bull market to go on till 2009 or lastest 2010....

But u think the government is going to come out with counter measures to "control" the property prices?

If so, then construction sectors will get the impact as well. Not too good overall.

Unfortunately, I don't as it really depends on many factors, releasing of results, the profit from property devt (dun forget they are both doing the property devt and constructon), construction projects. But I do have a personal target price of 50cents and intend to hold on till 2009 to ride the full uptrend. I have made many mistakes of letting go too early like ausgroup at 35cents and let go at 59cents and crying my heart out now, bought Tat Hong at 60 cents, let go at $1.05 and now the price is > $2, bought citidevt at $4 many years back and sold at $6....the list can go on.....see what i mean.....

25.0c ah? That's a jump of 67% & 56% from the cost range of 15.0c & 16.0c, respextively.

Reasonably a good % to look forward.

ninjaturtle, do u have any target period?
