Understand if falcon capital is to pump in $178million into undifiber, it will be ways by issuing more shares of undifiber. May i know if this is consider issue more shares hence diluting the price further? And is this investing of falcon consider like a reverse takeover (will falcon investment's make them a controlling share holder n what's impact on unifiber--postive or negative on share's price?
No sweat.. negotiation with Falcon Capital still ongoing...this is the key.. $37 mil credit line and viable business --- court will not allow it to be wound down...
Fm the report, although china side start the suit case in the pursuit of debt payment, Unifiber looks confident in winning the case of contract payment arrangement. And both meeting at singapore high court next month will produce result; there we shall see!!

Already halt for 3 trading days already, sign...... Tomorrow if still not lift, then SGX will takeover as suspension!
(my personal view)-- Normally, a stock has good news n halt will be only a day or so. This is to be worrying what bad news will coming.
Remember, the last halt is similar which happen not long ago (also halt 3 full trading days); it turn out to be creditor pursing payments.
Hope Falcon capital not going to withdraw its $$$million investing plan!!
