i bought CE using my cpf. yet to receive anything regarding the rights. how does it work? do i have to pay to get the rights? thanks!

 

Can i use internet banking for rights acceptance & payment?

 

Thanks . I checked. The Rights are in my CDP acct already. Does that mean I can sell the rights and keep the $$ .  Which is better ? sell the rights  or change to shares ??

Does this mean those who hold this share would recieve some sort of Document to buy the rights ?  I have 30 lots and did not rec'd anything. Puzzled ??

 

Hi trymyluck,  you are right.  I have also made the same observation/experience to the counters I held. Sigh....

 

most counters af ter rights always goes down slowly after ex-date.

then it goes down some more aftet new rights shares issued and
only when good positive news or if BB wants to unload do the shares
start going up.  just my observation.

hi gilabonk,

  appears you are new to rights issue.
   if you brought  5 lots of china enersave, you will be entitled to 2 right lots.
   you can either accept these 2 lots or you can sell the rights to these 2 lots through
   online broker.
   you need to wait for the document which will be sent to you on oct 31st .
   if you want to buy the rights issue you can do so before nov 15th by applying
   through ATM or by mailing back the document sent to you.
   alternatively from nov 1st to nov 9th you can sell your 2 rights issue online.
   from oct 24th you can sell the 5 lots which u own as you are already entitled
   to the 2 rights . the 2 rights will be credited to ur CDP if you dont sell by nov 25th.

FYI: ChinaEsave (XR) Ex date 24 Oct/07 today. Been told it is about 10 days to receive those form !!. I am been sms (Info) from my Remisier.

ChinaEsave CR...Ex date is 24/Oct07, was been told can trade from 1st Nov 2007 (Thurs). I was also wondering about the right issue (2 for every 5 shr held) at 0.55ct and been informed, form will arrive about 8-10days late. don't quite really understand what my remiser is SMS-ing me?.

IS anyone well inform ...can help dispense infomation. thk Qs 1st

 

Can anyone comment about the latest oculus / aretae deal ?   Will it be a better investment than ChinaEnersave ? ... since both are in the renewable energy business dealing with Carbon Credits ...

 

This counter is going cheap right now in this market conditions.  Moreover the rights at .055 cents.  Sure all you guys can make money.  Possible to touch.20 in the near future.  Cheers.
