
With US issues, property sector doesn't seems to be in the right sector at the moment. Moreover, credit is being tightened only means higher cost for lender. Sudden turn of events doesn't seems favourable.

I took profit at 12.3SGD when it attempted a failed rally. Took the money and buy Ascendas India. AI also kinda shaky due to the sentiment of the market. Sigh~ It was good while it lasted also kinda expensive stock for me to hold on to.
Whats is going on with this counter? After XD, price has been falling like nobody business...about 2 weeks ago, its trading at S$13+, now its barely $11. Anyone keen to comment?
GK goh broker's report recommended a outperformance with a target of S$14+. Guess at this time, these broker recommendation does nt matter anymore..Someone keen to share thier view?

This heavy weight has little volume and 'deemed expensive' so we dont see lotsa 'speculation'. Its like water droplets dripping into a pall and very soon one day the pail will be full.

In the past, they have alot of landed projects. However, recently they have bought a no of land for condominium developments.

this counter is usually not active , traded with very low volumn So if you really want to invest you should have patience to wait for long time.
You may like to use your charts and just compare this counter with KepLand, Capitaland and see for yourself over 2 years to see the difference in their price trend.
I also think it might not be good to use 12.4 as the support level since the volumn is low. As STI index and property stocks went up quite a lot over past year, may be choosing SMA(35d) to SMA(50d) would provide more conservative support level, which is in the regian of 10.6-11.0. This is just my own opinion.

The land bank was acquired a long time ago or during the early part of this property up-cycle. We believe significant value is waiting for unlocking from this cheap land bank.
