Why collect at high price when I can collect at lower price as UOBKH research suggested.

agree. this counter is for people who are willing to play the waiting game.
if possible, try to average down if ure those stucked at the > 0.270

The new shares cause the existing pool to be diluted and lowers the price of each share. Existing holders sell down or simply dump to minimize loss of value of what they're holding while shortists see a profit opportunity, join in the selling, and make the drop even steeper.
That is how CNA, which closed at 0.28 last Thurs fell to as low as 0.179 at one point. Not all counters which have diluted shares will fall that steeply (see Albedo this morning). A popular or solid company like CNA, for example, will usually see its share price recover - now cheaper to pick up, right? The question is when? In the case of CNA, when will the single Big Boy (BB) stop accumulating low and start the run-up? Many who were burnt by the steep drop are anxiously waiting....

If there're too many shorties, won't the price be slipping steadily? So far, it has been hovering between 0.20 to 0.205 with strong support at 0.20. Heard that there's one BB who's still slowly accumulating but has yet to let fly. Really hope this happens today!

Voyage Research has a snap report on the counter with a potential price of $0.30. Note that CNA Group recently ventured into the construction of smart connected cities in China with its JV partner Tech Hi Xiang Yu Space Technology. The joint entity will focus on the provision of internet services and utilities data center, which will form the basic infrastructure of the city and be capable of generating recurring cash flow. The rising internet penetration rate and existing disordered ICT planning are pushing for a better network infrastructure. In a single city, house estimate the project to generate about Rmb200m profit before tax a year.
On the side note, CNA currently has an order book of $74.2m (excluding the Thailand projects and smart city project) and income recurring projects relating to terminal equipment solution with the Laos Airport Authority and waste water treatment project in China. House also believe that the company is eyeing the ICT project in Changi Airport Terminal 4, which is around S$50-100m in size. As such, optimistic about CNA?s 2014 outlook, with projected revenue of $120m and profit of $11m. While house optimistic about the company?s outlook, the China smart city project is only in its preliminary phase with no concrete project on hand. Also, the income from the terminal equipment solution and waste water project businesses has yet to trickle in.
