time to revisit this slow and steady stock again. Till date, this forgotten stock had climb slowly up to 12.5cts. With so many 'hot' counters out there, this might be forgotten for quite some time. But believe at 12.5cts, most would already have been sitting on profits ya...

It has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement ("S&P Agreement") with Messrs Jason Lee Keng Li and Koh Swee Leng pursuant to which the Company shall acquire the entire 100% stake in Fidelis comprising 400,000 issued shares.
Fidelis is principally engaged in the business of import and export of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and metal products, minerals, chemicals and other commodities.The Acquisition would enable the Company to strengthen its present network in the Pacific region, and will complement the Company?s existing metal service centre business.
The consideration shall be satisfied upon completion by the Company by the issuance of 59,230,008 newly issued shares at an an issue price of $0.1013 per share. The Vendors undertake that the Consideration Shares shall be subject to a moratorium of 3 months from the allotment dates and have given an undertaking to the Company that the audited profits after tax of Fidelis shall be at least $750,000 each for FY08 and FY09 ending 31 Mar '09.

No movement, but at least its not dipping when general mkt freefalls today.
What really needed now is some write-ups to shoot the price up. Look at Frontline, fundamental not much better than New Wave but went up 3 cents today.
