HANXI WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT EXPANSION AND UPGRADING PROJECT
The Board of Directors (?Board?) of SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (?Company? and with its subsidiaries, collectively the ?Group?) wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Wuhan Hanxi Waste Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (武 汉 汉 西 污 水 处 理 有 限 公 司 ) (?Wuhan Hanxi?), has been granted to undertake the expansion and upgrading of Hanxi Waste Water Treatment Plant (汉 西 污 水 处 理 厂 ) (?Hanxi Plant?) by Wuhan City Water Bureau (武 汉 市 水 务 局 ), which was approved by Wuhan City Development and Reform Commission (武 汉 市 发 展 和 改 革 委 员 会 ) (collectively ?Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project?).
The scope of the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project mainly covers the following:
1. Upgrading of the current waste water treatment facilities
2. Expansion of waste water treatment capacity
3. Construction of a new deodorization system and
4. Construction of a new sludge processing system.
Currently, Wuhan Hanxi is in process of negotiating with the relevant authorities on the definitive agreement on the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project. Upon the completion of the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project, the daily design of Hanxi Plant will be increased from the existing 400,000 tons/day to 600,000 tons/day. Wuhan Hanxi shall commence with the open tendering for survey and design work by 30 November 2013. The Company shall keep Shareholders apprised of any substantial progress of the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project.

Ok your concern and advice well taken note of. Im more sure that my losses will come in than winnings. I dont have anybody to help as im all alone now. My wife-to-be and family side nobody able to help. We now going to depend on our joint account first and if her bonus come in to help out for time-being until mine comes in next year. She told me can get one more Manhattan card to help pay instalments interest free. Im not sure yet. See how it goes. One step at a time. Nowadays do what oso sianz. Can only look at ple go xmas shopping enjoying their hols. I stay hme stare at my 4 walls.

Hi Spivvy, unless you VERY VERY sure your winnings will materialise & coming in, DO NOT touch those cash advancements facilities. The snowball effect is astonishing huge. In no time, you realise that you're in a huge debt that seem unable to clear. I was a very good example. Luckily, my wife & family helped me. The impact had etched so deeply in me that after my debts(> $100k) were cleared, I only've a debit card. Thanks

Market is bad because of BBs pushing down to cover their shorts. They may continue until next March then everyone die lah.
Maybe ask Gic or tamadsick if they are shorting heavily on the market. If they are doing, ask them please stop, want to continue short later lah, maybe after Chinese New Year. Everyone already had their holidays by then. Lol.. Who got pm numbers, maybe can call. Hahaha.

Now my xmas no turkey, no new clothes, no new shoe, no nothing yet civil servants getting bonus. Got to go look for free xmas lunch & dinner.
