Kreuz – Bullish Breakout flag formation

On 28 Mar, I have written on Kreuz when it was trading at $0.485 (See http://www.sharesinv.com/articles/2013/04/02/kreuz-holdings-good-results-strong-chart-low-valuations/). It has since appreciated 63% to a high of $0.790 on 21 May before retracing to the current level of $0.690.

With reference to Chart 1 below (dated 3 Jul 13), Kreuz seems to have completed a bullish flag formation on 3 Jul after it broke the resistance of 0.685 with volume expansion. Total volume transacted on 3 Jul was 4.35m shares which is more than the average 30D volume of 3.5m shares. This is also the highest volume reached since 12 Jun.

Near term target is around $0.725 / $0.755 – 0.760 / $0.800. Eventual measured target price is around $0.950. The bullish technical setup will be invalidated if it closes below the upper channel resistance on a sustained basis for more than three days.

On the fundamental aspect, consensus analyst target price is $0.830. (See Figure 1 below)

Logically, being a parent company of Kreuz, Swiber should be good also. However, Swiber is quite a volatile stock as can be seen from it's past charts. However, it's past charts indeed reflects close to it's fundamental value at that time as for some reason, it doesn't seem to be doing well during those periods. Based on Swiber's most recent results, it actually has a very high valuation. Assuming it can maintain the earnings and with the blooming energy industry, it could reach back it's past glory of around $2.7 or more, in a few years time or less. Some says Swiber has a high valuation accredited to Kreuz, but I only agree to a limited extent. I believe as a whole, Swiber is starting to pick up and gain pace again. Just my 2 cents worth.. =)

I believe it will have even higher value in the future, rallied by bright prospects of the oil and gas industry and the core services of underwater installation and subsea support Kreuz provides. Vested at 0.47. Loaded more again recently at 0.68..

We need bro and sifus like ozone2002... To share their knowledge and experience. It all boils down to individual whether to follow the buy/sell call.

Like when u order food from the hawker centre or foodcourt, when u see the stall got advertisement saying its very nice or best in Singapore, does it gurantee it's sure 100% sedap??? U still need to try right? If nice say advertisement is correct, not nice say bluff ppl... Hahaha

this was based on the fundamental analysis that i researched on..

you can check the history of this post..

my call to sell was in line with DBS TP 78c..

that's already 50% gain..

this performance is better than STI for 2013...

i'm just here to share my knowledge and trade well.. not here to " curse so and so if the price goes up after i've sold" as someone had proclaimed..

Sometime learning also must look for the right sifu else pay for expensive course fee and yet learn nothing. I notice when market gone up a lot of people claim they are guru and give lots of right call when down all disappear.

Rebound bac 0.73. STI dropped from 60 storey also never die.... What can u say abt this stock?
