United Envitotech just announced the acquisition of 100% of Memstar where it values its own shares at $1.10 each. The M&A for the waste water treatment is hot ! Will this have positive rub off for Hankore ?

 

What...only 8c? HK will be a multibagger lah. HK's NAV even with full dilution (JT, Asdew) is abt 6.4c, PE only 9+ compared to Memstar (19xPE), UtdEnv (19+PE). Wait got EPC/BOT/TOT, water tariff revisions, Q4/FY13 (should be good), and govt investments on water pollution. Must have faith in your value judgment. No 2D   no sell!!!

There are some high volume of shorts today with 11,468 lots sold at 5.3c. Unlikely covered back with profit intraday as there were only 4,184 lots transacted at 5.2c where 3,480 are done at matching after 5pm. They must be very lucky if they indeed covered back at the matching price of 5.2. Not sure if they will borrow scrips or naked shorts. According to CDP site, there are 15,233 lots available for lending to cover naked shorts. Else these sellers risk SGX Buy-In by T+3.

 

So Hankore will hv more business in pipeline. Gd news coming?
