If you play averaging, and if the the market is still

trending down, you will be snowballing your losses.

And that may make it  be many times worse than now.

This is why we must never create more risks than the

original risk by the act of averaging down...

It is important to be defensive...Smiley

Hi Sifu Ipunter, I don't mean to keep for long, jus  to average out & sell to minimise the losses. But don't know when than will recover..tis is the risk tat I hv to take..I think..

sifu, Bintang, is it going to be free fall?

I bought at 1.495, it is painful losses, but tot of buying more to keep..If I sell now, I think the realization lost will be much painful.

i bought at 1.47. i feel ur pain man.  I think can average down or just hold but need to wait quite long maybe months or a year until maybe QE3 is executed. Short term rebound no kick already lose too much.

Cosco has made a weak rebounce to $1.35 this morning , but it came down again to $1.22 . Because there is another gap at $1.14 remains open

This stock was once a favourite among the rich (those who own factories, etc). It has since dropped from the closing high of 2.35 in April to almost 50% drop in price in Aug.

Due to technical rebounce , Cosco went up to $1.50 today . The next resistance to clear would be $1.53 , but it  still remains in   the   long term downtrend . The trend would only reverse when it goes down to fill the gap at $1.28
