If all implemented ..medical hub and grand prix-formula 1 in Johore to complement the Iskander/RSP tie up...Rowsley can be big in times to come...hence the future $$$ from exercise of warrants(to be listed) will come in handy

Koh Wee Seng?Meng bros out of billionaire list?
Wonder why or at least one of the brothers from Frgarnce,Aspial,maxi-cash,gph,etc and they hve shares in Roxy,T.A,etc not menbtioned in this year of billionaires when last year one of them was still in-0recall the suit againsone of the luxury calls,he was stated by the reporter as a billionaire..i ask and share with fellow forummers becoz the directors hve been buying up their own shares-Fragrance,GPH,Aspial..desp[ite all the latters dropping esp Fragrance and Aspial after so many rounds of bonus issues...the prices stagnant...soem say they may hve pledged their shares so they bought to support



Aspial last yr got its shares bopnus rejected becoz under 50cts but to reward shareholders give higher interim dividends...now in 2013 still proposed 1.5% ex on 19 Sept..anyway I hve been avoiding their counters esp after selling immediately after ex bonus for some profits..maxi cash is proposing 1 for 10 bonus..wonder can go thru..since SGX has a new ruling ,50cts will not be able to propose bonus? your views please

1) Issue of 1,250,000,000@$0.15 to buy RSP architect headed by Liu Thai Ker and Albert Hong,with a paid up capital of $10mil,RSP has branches in Shanghai,Vietnam,Middle East,U.K and Malaysia and is involved in projects ION Orchard ,JCube,ITE Head qtrs at AMKio,Orchard Residences,Halliburton Campus,SICC ,Interlace,D'Leedon,Watertown & Waterway in Punggol,HillV2 and the Hillier,Westgate and Westgate Tower,Capitagreen Market Street,Pinnacle@Duxton,Henderson Waves,Lasalle College of Arts,REC solar wafer Fab at Tuas,Woh Hup Building,Marina Bay Cruise Centre....,won President's Design award,BCA ,Outstanding Architect Firm award,,Green Mark Platinium/Gold and many more awards.Rowsley shares issued to them valued the architect firm at S$187.5mil based at $0.15 as announced on 21 Dec 2012 when Rowsley was trading at $0.15

 

2)Issue of 2,386,666,666 Rowsley shares@$0.15   against the purchase price of S$358mi l(Knight Frank valuation at S$363.8mil)   for 92,310 sq metres ..waterfront developments..no need for land reclamation is an advantage over Danga Bay,Lido Boulevard and Tanjung Puteri Waterfront..-Vantage which owne the property will be 70% owned by Peter Lim and 30% by DYAM Tunku Ismail Idris -Sultan of Johore

3)Above shares will not be entitled to the proposed warrants   and subject to 1 year moratorium...before they can sell

 

RSP architect had net profits $13.4mil,$20.13mil and $25.02mil for FYE 2010/11/12 respectively..revenue recognition based on percentage completion method and as at   21 Dec 2102 and 30June 2013   order books stand at S$165mil and $120mil

 

  I believe near EGM or cum date ..before ex date 1 Oct 2013..shd be pushed higher

Wow many pple so brave   dare to short Rowsley at 48cts...1,603,000 worth $770,235 ie majority shorted at about 48cts thinking it will not cross 48cts that was the case in last few weeks see below..now all shortists died again as Rowsley close 55cts..hope they had covered if not die....

How to fail now as all regulatory approvals obtained from both SGX and Johore authorities..and by thur 5 Sept sharesholders sure approve ..if not drop back to 15cts or $0.034 as claim by OCBC Securities..T.P 67cts -85cts..sure or not..don't underestimate P,L

OCBC Securities says...

ROWSLEY LIMITED | BUY | TP: S$0.67 TO S$0.85

Last Thursday, Rowsley received the approval in-principle from SGX for its proposed acquisitions of RSP Group and the Vantage Bay site in Iskandar, and a 2-for-1 bonus issue of warrants

Management reports that it would dispatch a circular and convene an EGM to seek shareholder approval in due course. We note that, on 2 Aug 2013, management announced that " barring unforeseen circumstances, the deal should complete in the second half of 2013 after regulatory and shareholders' approval."

In our research piece, we carry out an analysis of Rowsley's value under a successful RTO scenario, and also under a failed RTO scenario. If Rowsley's proposed deal fails, we value each existing Rowsley share at approximately S$0.034 - its book value per share as at end Jun 2013. However, if the deal succeeds, we calculate from our analysis a value of S$0.67 to S$0.85 for each existing Rowsley share (before the 2-for-1 warrant issue ex-date)

Went thru the think report about Iskandar(Vantage) and info on RSP Architects,looks promising and I believe with such projects and brand names of reputable architects and its shareholders-it justify the large vol of shares and even more when the warrants get converted 3 years after listing-it will come in handy when Rowsley need the fund then-meanwhile now it need not paid much cash as all the purchase considerations for the land and architect firm are fully satisfied by Rowsley shares-all within a stroke of P.L's 'magical" hand..the rich gets richer..just bough more during recnt drop 44-45cts after selling them at about 47cts
