Oops! Have to mention again that this one is actually an old man/lady stock, people call it S'pore Pension House lah! Hence, definitely can buy if one has got breath and stamina...i think some of its director who have invested isn't young also hor.

That will depend on your approach my friend...i say anytime is a good time for this one if you're a long term investor with time on your side.

 

Wah , SPH heading towards it's all time low of $2.65. FA good but it's NAV $1.29 only. When is it a good time to enter ? 

 

Some more can bring hard copy to toilet and read. Can also read on MRT and bus. In the lift. At MRT and bus station. At hawker centre while having a meal, while waiting for someone....... so convenient!

At $2.40 < 2x Nav? I will like to collect some more as this is a fundamentally sound coy with strong cash flow and balance sheet. Tho, i think the current price is attractive enough to collect but i'll wait patiently for now since its still a "cash is king" market.

i have been quietly observing the posts here on this forum. With due respect to those who genuinely make constructive comments and views and genuinely care about/ for others, I have noticed several posts (by those with their own agenda) that encourage pple to buy or sell (with or without any basis), have generally been wrong. So, I generally have to be very careful and prudent and discipline myself to ward off temptations.


Of course, several of those posting comments/ remarks could also do with some courtesy classes, but I don't own this forum I have to manage my expectations....lor.
