rickytan,

Yes, 50,000 shares still quite sizeable for retail investor.

I have some 'long term' holdings which were acquired at < $2.00. In Dec 2006, I acquired some more for 'short' term holding at about $3.04. For me, I have no intention of increasing at this level.

However, I cannot advise you on whether you should accumulate more as you have your own investment criteria and objectives.

I have posted my estimates of FY06 eps and divident in this thread...you may want to refer to it to help in your decision.

I do not have target px to sell as i hold it for divi so that i can have money for holidays.

50,000 shares can get me about S$7000 in divvy.

Dear shplayer,

so sorry, read wrongly.... pai say.... 50 lots is still alot to me...  I only hold a few lots bought @ $3.00.  Do you think  it is still a good time to accumulate at this price level ? Thank you :)

rickytan,

50,000 lots (abt $160 mil) and 50,000 shares (abt $160,000) is alot of difference.

geojam said he owns 50,000 shares.

My record showing that STE usually pay div in april. So announcement should be sometime in Feb or Mar. Good div but growth slow. May one day become a second "kepple corp". How yours think?

blusky,

ST Enggr usually declares divident with announcement of FY results. Div usually 100% of eps. FY05 div was 13.6cts one tier.

I estimate this FY06 will be 14.6cts one tier.
