Any more concrete news about Singtel and Mediaring.  Singtel had "declined to comment" as per the last news annoucement.  Instead to saying outrightly "no". The truth may come out sooner or later.  Hang on guys.  I believe so, I am holding on. Cheers.

I remembered on the first day it reached a record high of $2. It was grossly overvalued. I happily shorted at $1.75 and bought back at $1.50.

 

What is those BBs like KBH doing, letting px drop meh?? Just wondering!!! or a good chance for then to collect some more when it is rite time to collec isit??.:) MR closed at 0.425c (-0.015c) on vol of 20,223 m share traded.

	Precisely that is what (ST) Singtel former Chairman KBH can do at best, but at current px and sell a stake to..... in other word it mean "Kuang Si" at worst sell a more convincing story, like Voip connect to many other countries. No bad feeling, hope not to offence those vested in this stock, wish them best of luck and blessing that BBs continues with this saga. Just my tot.

 

So do you guys think what will be the target price after all the rumours/news/actions going on? :)

 

lesson learnt number 2: buy on rumours, and sell on news... how true it is..

 

Not vested, but I think I like the stories told, Connect holding I think is listed in the US, use to provide internet connection to the airlines. For guys who have flown to LON might be aware of this service. It has since stop operations for  what ever reasons, but I think providing VOIP thru MR in the aircraft seem exciting, if you rope in singtel for its finacial muscle it may just work, my 2 sen worth

 

I'm vested too, since last year. So now the opportunity to take profit. Not really confident that it will go far.

US based funded Connect Holding expects to get green light from telecom regulator to make a general offer for PacNet. The offer is subject to IDA approval.

Will MR go ahead to bid US10.50c to take control of PacNet with it 29.6%?.

Connect holding already hold 13.6%. A deal with Vantage will give her 29.93% Vantage agree to sell it remaining 11.83% to connect.

Vantage Corp B4 this offer hold 28.63% plus 13.6% from Connect.

Connect will make a general offer US10/- apiece.

Games almost over.
