But why these chinese companies want to list here in the first place??Surely it is not that simple of not  meeting the  listing criteria in China SSE,rite.I think only substandard companies would be listed here since the better firms would logically prefer to be listed in China or Hong Kong.

Accountability wise, to Singapore investors of largely foreign and anonymous boards that reside in China, the enforcement of local laws and disclosure standards on companies operating in remote provinces and even the authenticity of assets and operations in those places is a concern.

U read previous postings...revenue n profit qoq is increasing.

I read my charts n buying pressure has been encouraging. Ppl buy when they r confident, so I'm just going along. Pump n dump is inevitable for cheap stk n risk r for ur taking.

What happened in the last one month was unexpected corporate development. First HK announced 293 mil. placement shares to Asdew Acquisition at 5c. Today SGX granted the approval. Then Firstree announced shares sale of 100mil+ (they bought at 5c two years ago) with another 215 mil. in hand. No one knows whether they are the sellers as they do not need to make announcement anymore. DBS Bank came into the picture this month with a S$300 MTN, and last Friday HK announced the first tranche of S$50 mil, which was closed today and will be listed tomorrow. HK has been trying to raise funds as they have been expanding. With the placement and S$50 bond, and with 4Q end Aug, why HK needs to raise funds in such quick succession? Sound Global (also China based wastewater company) just announced 3 projects today. What will HK do with the money? My guess is HK has project/s EPC?BOT/TOT in hand. UtdEnv recently acquired Memstar at 19X PE but HK's PE below 10. If you are an investor and can hold, you don't have to panic, just stay on the sideline and watch the show. The long term trend is still upward as I collected since April 2012. Stay calm, and read HK's past reports and guidance. In the short term, you need to stomach the volatility. At this kind of situation, I think tech analysis does not work anymore. Just  my opinion.

Those who still believe in HK fundamental and when it turns up right will be rewarded.

Around 333 million shares shorted at an average $ of 0.053! What  does that mean? langsung listing langsung sell!
