Power, if bought at a dollar at 100lts, today u made 100k, steady lah. On the other hand, wat r u going to make use of your cash now? Buy new car, ppty, even migrate etc ah?

Today another nice havest for Genting.
Looks like the sellers are losing out...
if there's a winner, there's also a loser.

i got burnt also.... took up huge amount of rights at $0.6, cut loss at $0.5 when the financial crisis exploded, went all the way down to almost $0.3, told myself i'm good and must re-enter, then i missed it and it went all the way up and never look back. luckily picked went in again at $0.8 and $1, overall profit is still good

Nicolas Darvas would be displeased with me for not sounding him out on this one..
This stock fits his "rising box" system's requirements perfectly..
And he would have "mau" very heavily, like he did in the years gone by...
But anyway, I doubt that he needs any more money now, after making so much...

Citigroup lifts Genting Singapore (G13.SG) target price to $2.45 from $1.55, based on 15.3x 2011 EV/EBITDA vs 12.5x previously, according to Dow Jones.
Citi keeps Buy call; “given a duopoly, a significantly larger market size than we had originally anticipated and the higher margins given the low Singapore tax, we now believe it is appropriate to value Singapore at a 30% premium to Macau.”
Research house says while non-gaming attractions at Resorts World Sentosa will take considerable time to break even, they will nonetheless attract more visitors, potentially leading to more gaming revenue.
Shares +1.5% at $2.00. |
i'm a die hard supporter of genting, bought it for than 15 years ago when it was still traded in us$ (formerly aka genting international), or course sell/buy along the way, else the profit now can buy a ferrari + a condo. still very happy with this profit
this stocks helps me pay for my school fees spent on other subjects that went under water..

I used to have 70 lots but now down to 30 lots only.... Anyway... overall position is now making $$$. Thanks to Genting.

I will take back my cash and put in heavy bluechip such sph, m1, capitaland, sembcorp and F &N
for dividend yield. |
