Last Q I bought 1.5xx... announcement out, next day fall 10 cents...

now no dividend somemore... tomorrow this stock will be dead fish

eh what time stx posting financial result? thought after market closed.

 

Look at the price, i dont think we will hear any good news .

 

If they intended to be generous, they wouldn't have offered such a low-low price n the first place.

Dividend have to come from free cash flow. Judging from lesser vessel delivery and lower new order,  don't think STX can or will  propose  $0.10 dividend  and raid into  their cash deserve (which has deceased by 30+% from  its peak after giving away $0.23 in 2012.

Hope I am wrong, but ship building result is usually predictable based on order book and deliveries, am thinking the result should be within the $0.19 EPS range for full year.
